Jamnagar Mayor Kanaksinh Jadeja was admitted to the G.G Hospital in Jamnagar soon after he suffered a cardiac arrest on Sunday. The condition of the veteran BJP leader who was inducted as the Mayor last October was reported to be stable.
According to reports, Jadeja (54), collapsed at the Saibaba Temple located in the Gandhinagar area in Jamnagar city around 2.30 pm, minutes after he arrived there for his Sunday prayers. The doctors on duty at the G G Hospital, where he was rushed, declared it a case of cardiac arrest.
For advanced angioplasty treatment, Jadeja was shifted to the Dhakaan Hospital in Rajkot on Sunday evening.
