eggless dressings.
Commenting on the opening of the 100% vegetarian Pizza
Hut store, the franchisee, Mr. Rohit Amin said. "Ahmedabad is predominantly
a vegetarian city. Market research indicated that nearly 80% of the population
prefers vegetarian meals as a dining out option. And 37% of the population
opted for Jain meals. Therefore we decided to set up our exclusive
vegetarian restaurant in this city. We are happy that the people of this
traditional yet modern city will be able to enjoy our mouth watering vegetarian
menu without any inhibitions. Although the pizzas have been customised
to local preference, there has been no compromise on quality."
Keeping the food preferences of the people of Ahmedabad
in mind, the new restaurant also offers a Jain’ menu. The menu
not only has a choice of six Jain pizzas, it also offers the Jain
French bread, baked fresh with special herbs and a pre-mixed Peanut
Celery Pineapple Salad, tossed in a special eggless mayonnaise. No root
based ingredients have been used in the preparation of these food items.
Also special sauces have been developed that do not contain any onion
or garlic. Hummm.........
In
addition, the restaurant also offers a choice of 8 mouth watering, pizzas.
The pizzas, topped with a savory sauce and toppings including sliced,
fresh vegetables baked on top of 100 percent real cheese, create the perfect
balance of crust, sauce, cheese and toppings. Customised toppings include
paneer and other hot and spicy flavours to suit the Indian palate.
Customers can chose either Pizza Hut’s signature Pan Crust or the Hand
Tossed Crust from 3 different sizes available — Regular, Medium and Large.
Pizza Hut offers a Classic range of pizzas and a Speciality
range. The Classic range which is heavy-on-toppings and low-on-price has
been introduced to offer customers abundant amounts of flavourful toppings
at affordable prices. Priced at an affordable Rs. 70/- for a regular
size, the pizzas are perfect for any occasion, whether they are family
dinners, office lunches or get-togethers with friends.
Meal Deals
To provide everyday affordable value to all customer
segments, Pizza Hut also offers three permanent meal-deals on its menu.
A Kids Meal for Rs. 75/- includes a regular Deluxe Cheese pizza with a
glass of Pepsi: Rs. 150/- gives a Meal for Two consisting of one
medium Classic pizza of your choice, two glasses of chilled Pepsi and
a portion of fresh garlic bread. Family satisfaction is guaranteed with
the Family Meal which serves four persons and includes two medium classic
pizzas, one pitcher of Pepsi and two portions of garlic bread, all this
for an unbelievable Rs. 350/-

The restaurant serves a unique "Half ‘n’ Half" pizza that lets
you try two different pizzas by ordering just one. The unique Half ‘n’
Half concept, which has been introduced for the first time in India by
Pizza Hut, enables customers to select two different pizzas rolled into
one, for example one half could be Veggie Supreme and the other Spicy
Paneer.
