Road resurfacing task unfinished

The dismal quality of Auda roads was exposed during the monsoons. Soon after, the urban authority hastily resurfaced roads in Vejalpur, Prahladnagar, Anandnagar, Memnagar and Drive In areas |

However, at some places like Vejalpur only the single lane of the road has been resurfaced while the other lane remains laden with potholes. The uneven levels pose grave danger to scooterists who often drive on the smooth surface, whichever direction they are moving in, and cause traffic chaos.
In Vejalpur, the road running parallel to the railway tracks has been surfaced only along one lane. The road was dug up to lay Narmada pipeline and the resurfacing work remains unfinished for more than one year now
