Mayor appointment

City Mayor Himmatsingh Patel has been appointed the vice-chairman of All-India Council of Mayor (AICM), the apex body of mayors of municipal corporations in the country. Dr. S C Ray, Mayor of Lucknow city, who was appointed the chairman of AICM at the All-India Mayor Conference held earlier this month, appointed Himmatsingh Patel the vice-chairman along with other members of the executive committee.
